Internet Setup Instructions
Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, or XP

1.        Click on Start, click Run, type inetwiz and press OK.

2.        Select “Connect using my phone line”, click Next.

3.        Select “Create a new dialup connection”, click Next.

4.        Type in one of the local dial-in phone numbers for your area,
(CLICK HERE for a list of your local dialup numbers)

      then click on the check in front of Dial using the area code and country code to remove it, click Next.

5.        Type in your username and password, click Next.

6.        Under Connection Name type THE-CIA.net, click Next.

7.        In the Internet Mail Account window, select Yes, click Next.

8.        Select “Create a new Internet mail account”, click Next

9.        (you may not see this step).

10.    Type your name, click Next.

11.   Type your email address, username@the-cia.net, click Next.

12.   For Incoming and Outgoing mail servers, type mail.the-cia.net, click Next.

13.   Your username should be displayed, type in your password, click Next.

14.   In the Complete configuration window, click Finish.

 ~To connect to the internet, click on Internet Explorer, for email open Outlook Express.

A “Connect to THE-CIA.net” window will appear.  Click Connect.
